Bluefruit LE Micro reliability and connection

Post by OwenMcGirr »

Hey all,

I'm just about to embark on a project using the Bluefruit LE Micro. I will be connecting it to Android devices.

I'm just wondering how reliable the bluetooth connection would be (eg. Disconnecting after inactivity, reconnecting to the last device)

Thanks

There are too many free variables to give any kind of estimate.

The free variables include the specific BLE stack used by the Android device, the antenna and radio set used in the phone, and the level of ambient radio noise causing interference in the operating area.

It's basically like asking how many bars of reception strength you can expect from a cell phone.
