I sat. I waited. I stared at the ESD bag for three weeks. Yesterday I opened it. Today I soldered it, about six hours ago. And I kept thinking about the camera, but I didn't get up to get it.
documentation is oh so important.
Oh yea. It's the sim reader kit v1.0. And I plugged my *-Brand sim reader straight into this here PC. and started the software. and got no data where I expected some. i'll be posting pictures of the board soon,as soon as I reclaim my camera from my parents house. right then.
Does it sound plausible that a solder bridge somewhere would corrupt the memory in the sim? Any suggestions for the excuse I use when I go back to *-brand phone store? he heh, haha. something about backups?

Well let's start with what you got when you ran the software, where you got the sim and what happened when you put the sim back where you got it. Pictures would be nice too though.
