SpikenzieLabs Calculator 654X Buttons Pressed

Hello,
I purchased and built the SpikenzieLabs Calculator Kit and am having an issue. Sometimes when I press on the 456X line the nunmbers "654" will add themselves onto the screen (so if I already pressed 4, it would read 4654) and I can tell that the "X" is activated after the 654 because if I press "1" afterwards the 654 goes away, 1 appears, and pressing equals will show the same number that was first entered (in this example 4654). Also, I usually have to press the clear button multiple times before it clears. Also sometimes 654 appears when I turn it on. I tried re-programming it with no change in behavior. Can someone help me debug this issue?

By posting this I had admitted defeat. Immediately afterwards I noticed that the soldier for two of the resistors didn't make it through to the front so contact with the pad was inconsistent. Fixing these solved the issue,
