I've just assembled a USBtinyISP (purchased from adafruit), upon plugging it in to the computer -- Windows 7 64bit -- no leds turn on and I get the message "usb device is not recognized". Below are some screenshots of the error and my solder job:

Hello,

Assembly looks good. It is possible you got a bad chip. Contact support@adafruit.com with a link to this thread and ask for a new USBTinyISP chip.
