Programming Error

Hi everybody. I recently bought a Usbtiny programmer and a attiny45 to play around with. I finally have everything working as it should It just so happens that I cant seem to get the .hex files onto the chip. I included a screen shoot of the cmd promt. I dont understand why it isn't locating the file. I have saved it to C:/ like the tutorial says. I cant even get the test_led.hex to load onto the chip. It has the same problem.

Ok I figured it out and the mistake makes me feel stupid. In the tutorial it said to save the files to C:/ but for some reason my cmd was running in users. So All i did was move the file to my users section and the code loaded right up.
