How to connect 6 pin cable to ICSP connector?

How to connect 6 pin cable to ICSP connector?

I've finished building my USBtinyISP kit purchased from Evil Mad Science and will be connecting it to an EMS target board (also available from Adafruit) as shown below.

There is a white arrow pointing to the lower left pin of ISP_6 in the photo below. Do I connect the USBtinyISP with the red-striped lead going to that pin?

Yes. The arrow and the red stripe should both indicate pin 1.
