Received my USBtinyISP kit from Adafruit last week. Just finished assembling it and used it to program the bootloader on a DFrobot Bluno (Arduino UNO with BLE). However, I get the error "avrdude: initialization failed, rc = -1" (see attached screen clip). Also attached is a pic of the two boards connected and powered on.
When I select Tools->Burn Bootloader, the USBtinyISP red led blinks once for about 1/4 second. The Bluno Link LED flashes briefly. The bootloader does get programmed, i.e. it worked.
So my question is, why is the avrdude error reported? Am I using the programmer correctly?

Re: Programming Bluno bootloader with USBtinyISP
The RC=-1 error means that the USBtiny is not communicating with the target. However, if the bootloader programming is working, I don't know why you would get that.
