Perfboard top layer trace broken
I recently bought your USBtinyISP directly from Adafruit. However, one of the top-level traces (in between where the buffer IC belongs) broke while I was assembling the kit. I'm not an expert when it comes to soldering, but as an electrical engineer with some experience I feel like the traces shouldn't break immediately. I also never got a component diagram and had to go looking online. Would it be possible to get a replacement perfboard, IC socket, diodes, and resistors? Photo is attached.

Traces don't just break. What were you doing with it?
We can't responsible for damage done during assembly. Maybe you can solder a jumper wire onto it?

Re: Perfboard top layer trace broken
For the type of programming I'm doing, a 10K resistor was incorrect, but I already soldered it in. I misread the manual online. I noticed the broken trace while unsoldering. I'd be happy to pay for the parts, but I can find another vendor if I have to buy an entire new kit. It would be nice if you included instructions with your kits.

We don't have the board separately. Please email [email protected] with a link to this thread for a replacement USBtinyISP.
We prefer to keep the instructions online, rather than printing and shipping a lot of paper.
