FLORA- Disables Touchpad when plugged in.

Post by tholken »

I have installed the drivers with no errors and the device is recognized by my windows 7 64bit system, but when I plug in the FLORA to my laptop my Synaptics Touchpad disables itself stating that there is another USB Input device attached. Im not sure how to resolve the issue, I don't want to have to attach a Mouse to the laptop just to work with the FLORA device.

Any help would be appreciated.

You should have an icon in your tool tray for the synaptics pad. If you double-click on that and go the the "Device Settings" tab, there is an option to "Disable Internal pointing device when an external pointing device is attached". Un-check that and it should solve the problem.
