Ultimate GPS shield

I received this shield about a week ago, finally got around to testing it out and I was able to get everything to work except the SD data logging. When I upload the example sketch I get an error due to the GPSconfig.h library. I found the library and placed it into my libraries folder, but the compiler is still not recognizing it. Is there an example code I can try that does without that particular library? Or is there a fix for the problem that I am having?

Post the first few error messages you get when you try to compile the code. That will give us a better idea of what's going wrong. You don't need to post the whole list of errors though.. only the first few matter. The rest are just domino-effect.
