Does Adafruit offer a breadboard friendly 10k-100k trim pot
I wasnt able to find one but perhaps I missed it

Thats how it measures when I put a meter on it

We don't have anything in the 100K range. Just 1K and 10K.

Yes, that is correct. Most if not all potentiometers are made this way. If you want a specific minimum value above zero ohms, put a fixed resistor in series with it.
