I purchased an order that included the 9v battery holder and after trying several batteries I cannot get it to work.
Its such a small item I'm not looking for a refund or a return I just wanted to let you know that this product came to me broken.

What isn't working? Does it not clip to the battery, does it not carry power when clipped in, or does the switch not work?
