Bluefruit EZ-Link Not connecting

Bluefruit EZ-Link Not connecting

Hi,

I recently purchased 4 EZ-Link boards, but 2 will not connect to my PC or my colleagues MAC. We successfully got 2 of them to pair with both computers, but the other two do not want to work. They show up in the device manager, but they timeout before connecting.

Any clue as to what might be going on here?
