com4 I had it on another port but i couldn't get it to load so now it loads but it seems to stop

can you explain in more detail? What are you loading and what messages do you get?now it loads but it seems to stop

No I am not getting an error message. I am following the tutorial which says
If you upload the demo to your wired-up Arduino and open the serial monitor you should see that it starts advertising BLE signal
I don't see that it 'starts advertising'
I just get the first line Adafruit Bluefruit Low Energy nRF8001 Print echo demo
I downloaded the android app to test this and all it doesn't detect the board
