Problems With Upload on nrf8001

Arduino: 1.6.1 (Windows 7), Board: "Arduino Uno"

Build options changed, rebuilding all



Sketch uses 10,008 bytes (31%) of program storage space. Maximum is 32,256 bytes.

Global variables use 1,110 bytes (54%) of dynamic memory, leaving 938 bytes for local variables. Maximum is 2,048 bytes.

avrdude: ser_open(): can't open device "\\.\COM3": The system cannot find the file specified.

com4 I had it on another port but i couldn't get it to load so now it loads but it seems to stop

now it loads but it seems to stop
can you explain in more detail? What are you loading and what messages do you get?

No I am not getting an error message. I am following the tutorial which says
If you upload the demo to your wired-up Arduino and open the serial monitor you should see that it starts advertising BLE signal

I don't see that it 'starts advertising'
I just get the first line Adafruit Bluefruit Low Energy nRF8001 Print echo demo
I downloaded the android app to test this and all it doesn't detect the board
