NEOPIXELS DIN COPPER PAD FELL OFF
I recently purchased a meter of Neo-pixels in order to do a small project. As I was soldering, however, the little copper cap that makes the solder stick to the Neo-pixel strip, fell off! Now it doesn't matter how many times I try, it will simply not stick to the strip. Is there anything I can do to put the cap back on or repair it? Thanks!!!

Re: NEOPIXELS DIN COPPER PAN FELL OFF
There are two things you can try, you can scratch off some of the solder mask behind the pad to expose some copper or try soldering to the next pixel in the line. You don't say what strip you got so I can't make a specific recommendation.

Sorry, but I am a bit of a noobie here. What exactly is this solder mask you speak of? And the strip I got is this one: https://www.adafruit.com/products/1461.

The solder mask is the space above the missing pad. This is a paint over the copper underneath and if you scrape it off gently you will expose that copper.
