Flora/Gemma, SD Card reader, and conductive thread
I'm new to arduino I have and idea I want to build up but is it possible to use custom sounds with an SD card reader on a Flora project like the light up sneakers?

You could add an FX sound board and trigger it from the Flora: https://www.adafruit.com/product/2217

How can you connect Flora using conductive thread to a breadboard?

It can be done, but you will have much better results soldering the connections. The holes in the FX board are smaller than the Flora and spaced closer together.
