A while back I bought an Adafruit K thermocouple which I now brought back to life.
As I now need to do very fast temperature
changing measurements I would like to know the exact model number and possibly the expected response time
From the specs provided on the Adafruit site I can see only a thickness of 2.8 mm but I cannot find the exact model number through the Omega web site (e.g. http://www.omega.co.uk/temperature/pdf/ ... R_P10R.pdf)
Looking forward for your support

Re: Adafruit Thermocouple Model Number
These are generic K-type thermocouples. All of the technical details we have for them are published in the product description. If you need a specialized probe with specific characteristics, a thermocouple specialist supplier such as Omega is your best source.
