The green led blinking very slow (cca after 3second) this is problem with oscilator? How can I set Configuration bits in ponyprog for attiny85 and 8mhz ceramic resonator?

Yes!, you need to set in PonyProg the configuration bits to look like this:

I had exactly that problem, but now i resolve it.
