Pull up resistor on the reset line of the 32U4

Hi,
On the 32U4 breakout board there is no pull up resistor (that I could find) on the RESET line. I am designing a board with that chip and from looking at the RESET pin description on the datasheet I couldn't find anything saying whether or not it needed a pull up, so do I need to include one in my board?

Have a look at Figure 8-1 in the 32U4 data sheet. It shows an internal pull-up on ~RESET
