Devicehive and Raspberry Pi

Post by loonhaunt »

I have not seen anyone here in anythreads, discussing Devicehive? I am curious as to if anyone has experience with the system, or has or is currently using it. . I have tried to set up an Rpi to post some simple data to devicehive and have found that the main modules required do not load, or no longer exist? The Devicehive website looks current, I don't want to waste any more time with it if other IOT's are getting more support, attention from we the people.

Thanks for your input.

FYI - Xively has stopped letting people use its service for free.

They now require a developer licence, and we no longer support projects that use Xively.

I was not aware of that. Temboo and Google will be it for now.
