Unable To Load Reload Gemma Bootloader After Overwriting?

Hi,
I have purchased two Gemma controllers in my last order. While these devices were working properly at one point although my code was under 5.1K I think it wrote over the boot loader at some point. Of course I tried this on the second Gemma since I thought it might have been a hardware problem (based on Einstein thoughts I must be insane since I expected a different result). In any even I went to this forum and tried the procedure to reload the boot loader using a Arduino Mega 2560 and the sketch provided in this forum. While I was able to get the code to run, it would not recognize the Gemma (could not find target). I know my connections were correct. Is it possible you can help me out here by replacing these Gemma's or provide and RMA number so I can send them to you to reload the boot code. I would love to know if you have problems reloading the boot loader.
