I CANT UPLOAD A SKETCH

Postby fendetestas » Thu May 24, 2012 5:59 am

Hello, I recently bought two chips ATmega328 with bootloader, I have placed on my Arduino Duemilanove and when I try to upload a sketch I get the following error:

What can I do?

What kind of bootloader is on the chips? Did you buy them from Adafruit?

I have bought a week ago adafruit

Then they should have the Adaboot bootloader.

In the IDE, select File->Preferences and check "Show Verbose Output During Upload".

Do an upload and post the diagnostic output here.

Scroll up and get all of the text. If you have enabled verbose output for upload, there should be more diagnostic data.

Well, problem solved, it was a problem of the board (chinese), had to remove a resistor (R2), and now works perfectly, thanks for your help.
