Arduino mega i need help

i'm new user of mega arduino R2 i'm trying to interface it with matlab 2011a on win7 32 bit

by using its supporting package for matlab

a=arduino('Com3')

i get error

any one can help me to solve this problem

and i need to interface it with simulink

Have you loaded either of those sketches onto the Mega?

when i trying to upload the file named motorsrv.pde to the mega i get these error messages
are there is any changes i should to do in this file ??

You need to install the AF_Motor library.

i get this error

You don't need to upload the library to the MEGA. You need to install it on your PC as described in the link I posted previously.

i got the same error in matlab after installed the new library

Were you able to upload motorsrv.pde without any errors?

but i would to help me to to deal with simulink by the arduino mega
