In the below link LED was controlled by 2 switch...Is LED can be controlled by three switches?????how How it can be programmed by using arduino….

A little confused here - in the link, an LED is the output, and a switch is the input, which turns it on or off.

What do you want to do?

In theory, you can change the blink rate with the same button, by using some software tricks (when the button is held down, the blink rate changes; when the button is toggled quickly, it changes state).
