Greetings,
So far I have been using the Arduino IDE Version 9, and have no problems (I'm using Windows XP).
However, I just noticed that Version 12 is out.
I thought, damn, I might as well catch up!
So I downloaded it and tried to associate the .pde extention with the new IDE. When trying this, I find that it will not associate.
I've tried the right-clicking, then choosing "Open With..." routine. No good. I've tried going into Tools, Folder Options and then tabbing to File Types, Browse to the executable. But after choosing the executable (arduino.exe), it doesn't appear in the list of programs to associate.
I think I've explained it pretty well. If not, please let me know what other info I can clarify.
Any help would be much appreciated.
