Just thought I'd post some pictures of a project I'm working on. Basically, you're looking at an early hardware prototype of an automated bar. Right now it only consists of two solenoids, but they both work great. Commands are sent via serial using a java app I threw together. Also, as you can see I'm using relays right now (strictly because I had them laying around and lacked any suitable transistors), the final design will be MOSFET based or preferably a suitable driver chip with multiple outs.

Anyways any feedback or suggestions are welcome. I plan on posting a video to youtube in the next week or so when I get some free time from school. Hopefully I can demo a successful wet test.

looks good, dont forget that you will have to do some funky hacking to make the solenoids connect to the bottles. i have seen a few barbots and its tough to keep it from leaking!
