I want to power the (up to) 12V Massive Arcade Button (PRODUCT ID: 1187) with an Arduino (5V power).
Will the LED power up?
What is the minimum "on" voltage for this button / LED?
Thank you!

Re: Arduino power to Arcade Button LED
5v will be plenty. Most white LEDs have a forward voltage around 3.3v.

Re: Arduino power to Arcade Button LED
How about four buttons from one arduino board?
Will I need an external power source / battery to supplement them?

Re: Arduino power to Arcade Button LED
You won't need an external power supply.
LEDs use 25mA at most, and the button has a built-in resistor to limit the current. Each switch will probably draw 5mA to 10mA.
