the dificult part you mention is the USB chip

btw, by reading all of this.. i'm tempted in buying a kit myself too (it's cheaper)

if you're still after an audio demo, these two tracks were both done on the beast's x0x. First is mainly a demo i did, and second was my entry in the first x0x competition.
