Hi everyone. First timer here.
I just picked up a TB-303 and a TR-606 at a thrift store.
The TR-606 works perfect, but the TB-303 was only outputting 1 channel via headphones.
Took it apart and looks like a couple resistors got zapped.
I found the service manual online and the resistors are 163,164, and 165.
Not very good at reading schematics but it looks like 165 is a 100k, 163 and 4 say 10x2.
Does that mean (2) 10k resistors?
Anybody know the exact parts needed?
Any help would be great.
Thanks
Quick TB-303 fix(I hope)

they are 10 ohms
probably one of them is fried
if youre only getting signal out one ear
out of curiosity
was the 303 found at a general thrift store
or one that mostly carries audio gear

Re: Quick TB-303 fix(I hope)
Thanks for the quick response.
Correct me if I'm wrong but, guessing I'll need 2 of thesehttp://www.radioshack.com/product/index ... 7595221%20
And 1 of thesehttp://www.radioshack.com/product/index ... 2062334%20
Found both a regular crappy thrift store. Funny thing is usually they put the "nice" stuff in a different area.
These were mixed in with old typewriters, speakers, & cable/satellite TV boxes.

Re: Quick TB-303 fix(I hope)
the first link is the wrong part
and i couldnt get the second link to work
if you can hear out of one channel
then only one resistor is blown
but it probably wont hurt to replace them all
r163 and r164 should be 10 ohms 1/4w
r165 is 100 kohms 1/4w
you should just buy this
http://www.radioshack.com/product/index ... ssortments
the picture is most likely wrong in that link
if you go to most radioshacks they have them in stock
thats an impressive find
i figured they had all been bought up decades ago
did you get the deal of century as well

Great, the ones I linked to were 1/2w.
Don't really need 100 of them but it's only $7 bucks.
Only paid $10 each so I'm not sure if I'll keep or sell them after it's fixed.

Success!
Replaced the resistors and everything is working fine.
Thanks so much for the help guest.
Just curious, "IF" I was willing to sell these, what would be a fair price?

Re: Quick TB-303 fix(I hope)
I have checked Ebay, and was quite surprised what people were asking for.
Then I noticed most of the auctions have no bids, so not sure if those prices match what people are willing to pay.

Check eBay completed listings for units that have sold with bids, it'll give you a good idea of the real world value.
