Hello!
The page for the YBox2 insists that we enter our e-mail addresses concerning the eventual return to stock. I ask because a while ago I was exploring the Internet of Things movement, and of course this was before I either obtained the NetDuino models I do have, or even managed to obtain a Raspberry Pi starter kit. I also obtained an early model Ethernet shield for the Arduino in kit form from the same store where I bought the Protoboards. (It wasn't built but both Protos were.)
An individual on the Parallax forum mentioned the YBox2 as applied to the Internet of Things, the idea was that I should make use of the talents of the YBox2 to participate in the medium.
Well its several years later and I'm still interested in the splendiferous widget.
But only because the Prop chip supports the different pixels and LED strips, and the box can be expanded of a sort to make use of these and uses an appropriately written library.
Will new YBox2 units be available?
