Adafruit_RGBLCDShield.h and SD.h conflict

is there a Adafruit_RGBLCDShield.h and SD.h conflict? My sketch works with either using the data logger of the rgblcdshield but not both.

how is the ic2 address set on the data logger and rgblcdshield? are they the same?

The I2C addresses of the MCP2307 on the RGBLCD shield is not the same and the DS1307 RTC on the logger shield. They should be able to coexist.
