Motor Shield LED

Post by bobcat18 »

The green led on the Motor shield doesn't light when I apply power to the motor shield. I checked each connection before I soldered it and all the connections are correct.
I am getting power to the motor shield. I checked it with a multimeter. Can anyone help me with this.

Are you using external power or power from the Arduino? Make sure you have the jumper set correctly:
If you are still having problems, post clear photos of the front & back of the board and we'll take a look.

I am using power from the arduino and a D cell 4 battery pack. However after checking the solder joints closely for the LCD I resoldered them and the green LCD is working fine now.
Thanks for your quick response.
