Shield Purchasing Question

Wasn't sure if this should go here or in technical. I decided here since it isn't really a technical problem as much as an ordering question.

I'm just starting out with all of this so my skills aren't all that great. I got the motor shield kit and promptly messed it up by putting the Resistor network in with one end fully inserted and the other not at all. Don't ask. Anyway, in trying to get it back out, I overheated the PCB. I'm sure it's ruined since one of the signal lines has pulled away from the board.

Do I have to buy the whole kit again, or can I just get the PCB? I couldn't find anywhere to buy it separately. I'll need the resistor network too, but I'm sure I can find one of those somewhere.
