So if I use this motor, is it still safe to use Adafruit Motor Shield v2
I don't know. I need to know the coil resistance per phase.
How do you know where the ideal speed of the motor, can you provide a way to search for ideal speed
It is a combination of the motor, the driver, the power supply and the load. You have to test them as a system to find the maximum speed.

That motor is not compatible with the V2 motor shield. You need to use a current-limiting driver. Please read this guide on how to select the right driver for your motor:

Sorry before I asked again, If I use this motor, with a working voltage of 4V and Work current 1.2 A, what coud, the work of the motor rated current equal to the current work of the motor driver

As I said, I need to know the coil resistance. The V2 motor shield is a constant voltage driver. With motors designed for current-limiting drivers, the rated current may be less than the rated voltage divided by the coil resistance.

Most motors of that size with voltage ratings as low as 4v are designed for use with current limiting drivers.

Hello,
I want to ask again. When adjusting the speed of the motor using a 10K potentiometer with different 5K, then I want to ask if the value of the motor speed in RPM of 1-255 In units of voltage and current,

Best Regards,

For stepper motors, the motor speed is expressed in RPM. This is translated into a step rate. It is not related to voltage or current.

Is it different when the motor speed setting potentiometer different uses resistance

The potentiometer just gives us a variable voltage to measure. We convert that into a RPM value and calculate a step rate. The step rate is what determines the motor speed.

Hello,

Now, i know resistance the coil per phase, the resistance is 3.3 Ohm/phase,

So, how to calculate the torque and the speed ideal from this motor.

Thanks,

Best Regards,

That motor is at the very upper limit of the motor shield current rating. If you use this motor, I would recommend adding heat-sinks to the bridge chips.

So, how to calculate the torque and the speed ideal from this motor.
This must be determined by testing. The stepper motor manufacturer should be able to supply a speed torque curve for the motor: http://www.linengineering.com/contents/ ... Basics.pdf
