Stepper Shield V2 motor suitability

Sorry I'm new at this but I have purchased the Stepper Shield and have some motors I want to make sure they are suitable for the shield being new to this am a little concerned :-)

The motors in question are these

in principle they look pretty similar to the ones AdaF supply just hoping I have done my homework right
