Hello,
I have been waiting for weeks for the Bluefruit EZ link stock to come back and I do not know how long it would take but I need it for a project before the beginning of the next semester. I found in one of your retailers stock for v1.0 but I was wondering if it can just be updated to v1.3 with a software or is it the part itself that is different to fix some of the problems from v1.0. Or do I just wait for the new stock to come back out?

It's not possible to update the firmware to v1.3. You can sign up for notification when they come back in stock on the product page. They should be available soon.
