Raspberry Pi micro SD card not locking

I received my Raspberry Pi 2 Model B Starter Pack, invoice # 781446, PID 2380, but I'm having a problem with the micro SD card not locking when pressed into the card holder. The spring pushes the card back out instead of latching. This is a hardware issue with micro SD socket on the circuit board. I can't even perform the basic tutorials until this problem is fixed.

I'm experiencing the same problem with my Pi2 B. The board is brand new! I'll contact support as was suggested to others with this problem.
