8 relay with XBee

Post by kbecvar »

Hi,
This is more an RFI.

I saw your "Wireless Relay Control with XBee" on
http://www.youritronics.com/wireless-re ... with-xbee/ and I
was wondering if you sell or could build an "8 relay" with an XBee
interface. I develop security solutions using the XBee chips (API
based on both Series 1, Series 2) but I don't do hardware. I would be
interested in knowing if the 8 relay can be done, how you would
recommend controlling the relays from the XBee chip, and the cost of
such a device.
Thanks for your time.
Sincerely,
Keith Becvar

The data on setting up two radios with a relay and switch, is this settup
correct???

Ive tried but it doesn't works.
Also why on the RX end would IU - I/O output enable be "disabled"

Actually better still to ensure my setup is the same as ladyada, could ladyada email me the setup parameters for the TX and RX. just save the profiles for the TX as TX.pro and RX as RX.pro then if you can email them to me so I can load it onto my xbees. This way my setup would be the same as per video clip.

Cheers
