DOA Xbee

Post by awdriven »

In my most recent order, it looks like I may have gotten a DOA product. I ordered two Xbee Pro S1 radios with the wire antennas and I was able to communicate with ONE of them via USB and program it using Digi's x-ctu program. The other unit, when i used the same procedure as the first, cannot be updated. I spent a lot of time trying to get it to work, but it looks fruitless.

Can we work it out so I can get a working radio? I'd like to exchange. I've already tried the steps published on the web about using x-ctu, shorting the reset to ground and inserting the chip into the adapter to force a reset and update.

Sounds like you have tried all the usual un-bricking tricks. Contact [email protected] with a link to this thread for a replacement.
