I have a project where two Xbee's need to communicate by sending a very small amount of data reliably.
My question is: Do certain baud rates have advantages when it comes to range and reliability? For example, if I use 1200, would it mean that my signal is more likely to get where it needs to be than, say, 9600? Or does it not make a difference?
Advantages of baud rates?

Re: Advantages of baud rates?
The baud rate is between the xbee and the serial device not between xbees so it should have no affect on the range or reliability but will allow the message to be communicated faster so you could put the controller into low power mode sooner.
