Ice Clock Build - tests with unflashed atmega

Post by figgyb »

I'm putting together 3 ice clocks but I haven't gotten around to flashing the at168's yet. I noticed that when testing the boost converter voltage according to the build page I don't have what I should, does the programming on the 168 need to be in place for the boost converter to work?

The initial low-voltage buzz test didn't work either, and I assumed that one was related to the unflashed IC's and kept going...

help?

Well, I went ahead and did the obvious thing... flashed the 168... and now all is good :)
