Ice tube - need a replacement tube which broke

My friend gave me the Ice Tube clock as a gift and I stupidly dropped it one day and the tube broke. How can I get a replacement tube (before he visits me)?

I found some replacement tubes on ebay, they were reasonably priced, but it took awhile to ship from Russia. I got a set of 3 for like $9 plus shipping. Search ebay for IV-18 tubes. I damaged the pcb while trying to desolder the old tube and had to order a new pcb as well.
