No Display, Possibly shifted tube (Ice Tube)

Hi,

Trying to figure out why I'm not getting display out of my Ice Tube clock.

I am thinking I may have shifted the tube by one pin. When I was trying to test voltage, I jumped two pins accidentally and it turned on. (See Picture below)

Let me know if I need to retake any photo's or get some dust off for view. Finaly work has slowed down enough I have evenings to myself.

thanks for joining the adafruit customer support forums - it could be many many things. it appears you are building this without using our parts or our kit that we sell. in a previous post you had said...

I've got two unprogrammed chips to the IceClock, was wondering how I would go about programming these.

there could be a lot of things not working, we will not be able to troubleshoot this or provide customer support since we do not know all the various parts and suppliers you're using. please feel free to post up here of course, there may be some other built-from-other-parts clock makers that have suggestions and tips. it's fun and a good project to build a kit from "scratch" the only challenge is you're somewhat on your own since customers who bought a kit have specific support/troubleshooting we can help them with.

Agent, the OP specifically mentioned in another post that these were DIY kits. Also there are slightly different parts - they look -similar- but once you've kitted up a couple hundred of these you can spot the difference!

Aah yes, looking at them side by side I can see that the resistors are quite different for a start.
I just assumed that since he was using an official PCB everything was official.

What happened when it turned on? Did anything appear on the tube?
