power multiple clocks

Post by acksee »

Just wondering what's the best way to power multiple clocks? Currently I have 2 ice tube clocks, 1 monochron and thinking about getting a bulbdial. I don't want to devote a whole powerbar just for the clocks. Is there a way to power all 4 clocks with 1 wall power adapter? i.e. get a 9V adapter that can supply enough amps and split the DC end into 4 or is that something bad waiting to happen? Thanks.

you could make a splitter with DC plugs and jacks on a wire. the monochron doesn't use a lot of power but the ice tube draws maybe 200mA so just make sure you have enough power over all :)
