Ice Clock - No Beep during the test

Hi everyone
I'm currently building the Ice Clock and i'm stuck at beep test. I got a kit from adafruit. 5V test was ok, then i followed the instruction and get to the beep test . And this failed. Pls Help me with this.

are you still getting 5V? is the fuse hot?

Yes , 5v is steady, fuse is not hot or anything. It feels like the chip is bad or it has not been programmed ....

sounds like that could be the problem, email support@adafruit to get a new chip
