Ice Tube problem build: beep yes, display no

Post by hardmouse »

Similer situtation but mine was a bit lucky thou. For 5 minutes alive time.

After finish to put everything together, it works!!

It runs for 30 minutes it goes off and start some beeping sounds, then everything goes off.

I tried to unplug the power and put it back it beeps for 3~5 times and goes off again.

Wait for few hours while looking for solutions and I plug it back and miracle happens, its alive......for 5 minutes!

Samething happen all over again. Stay alive for 5 min, goes off, unplug, wait for while, plug, 5 mins live time and so on.

I have tried to check everything all over again and it looks fine.

Anyone has any ideas which part goes wrong? I am very confused and hopefully someone could show me some lights!

Thanks a lot!

Here is how it looks when its alive:

By the way, I am not sure if this is normal. If I unplug the power, the clock should goes off or stay light? Because when I unplug the power while its alive, the colck goes off and plug it back the colock light up and still on going. Is this the way it works? Or it should stay light untill battery out?

Thanks for anyone who could help.
