i am trying to download the different clocks, but when I do the last step and hit enter, it displays this message:

Also my computer displays the picture below.

try putting "C:\monochron.hex" in quotes like flash:w:"C:\monochron.hex"

it didn't work, the computer doesn't recognize the file format.

try redownloading it, it should be text that looks like
":0000F329302FEA." make sure theres a : in front

Couldn't find what? The fine to download, or the leading ":"?
