I built the simple-arduino-micro-gps-clock-project located here:

I would like to run the clock on an external battery source. Any suggestions? I am new to electronics and Arduino projects. Adafruit part numbers would be appreciated.

Re: Arduino-Micro-GPS-Clock
I was able to solve the issue. 6V not enough. 9V did the trick.

Re: Arduino-Micro-GPS-Clock
Yup. The regulator need at least 7v to produce a stable 5v output.
