Ice tube clock front case panel not cut!

Post by Mahood73 »

Am I missing something, or shouldn't there be 3 holes in the front panel of the acrylic case to slot into the base? Mine has just the two holes for the screws, and from the pictures in the instructions it definitely seems it should be cut out....

Image attached to show the problem - any suggestions?

Your image did not show up. But yes, it should have 3 slots for the base. If you contact [email protected] with a link to this thread we can send a replacement.

Many thanks - every time I tried to add the image it said it had done it - but it didn't... Then when I tried to edit the post to fix it, it just kept telling me to enter the captcha string but didn't give me a box to put it in!

I'll contact support, thanks for the help.
