I did a totally unscientific test on a somewhat modified clock with my bench supply at various voltages.
At 9VDC it pulls ~ 102mA
At 12VDC it pulls ~ 110mA
At 15VDC if pulls ~ 118mA (jumps between 117 and 118 so it is probably close to 118)
At 16VDC it pulls ~ 121mA
I would think the stock 200mA PTC fuse should easily handle (hold) the additional current requirement.
I did not see what AC would do as I did not wish to risk blowing anything up.
